How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We’ll send a link to set a new one.
Can I move to a new phone?
Yes. Everything is saved to your account, so sign in on the new phone and your routines, valley and progress are there, along with your wake and bed times.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Me, tap the settings cog, then Account, and choose Delete account. Or email privacy@velent.app and we’ll do it for you.
Is Velent free?
Yes. Routines, the valley, partners, focus and App lock are free. Velent Pro is an optional subscription that adds unlimited Vela, her morning brief and written reviews, deeper thinking, goal and task drafting, analytics and experiments.
How do accountability partners work?
Find a partner from Friends, or share your invite link with someone you know. Partners see each other’s routines, can nudge when either goes quiet, and send a shooting star when the other finishes one.
What happens if I miss a day?
Show up three days running and your streak earns shelter, which covers one missed day in any seven as long as you’re back the next day. Your XP and level never go away.
